I am a fan of anyone who defines style and swagger; therefore, I am a fan of Kanye's dress code. While his non-conformist attitude is quite visible in his style of dress, he stays true to traditional fashion rules.
Often times, I choose his statue as a pattern for myself and clients, alike. Though every body type is not favored by skinny jeans, the look is easily adaptable by intertwining hip-hop athletic gear with prep school uniforms, to formulate a sty le that compliments universal body types.
My one regret is that there are very few people that actually study Kanye's fashion sense. If they did, they would gain an appreciation for his talent; few people are able to change between antithetical fashion genres with ease. It is not often for a classic male look, to be interchanged with urban wear and yet again with college prep wear.
Truly, Kanye is a fashionable icon.

Great article as always!!!! I argue with a lot of my male counterparts about Kanye's sense of style. People won't jump on the bandwagon with his trends until he's through with them and moving on to something new. I also agree that his confidence and ego (LOL) is what makes his sense of style stand out. His wardrobe choices clearly reflect EVERY part of his personality.
